Baptism is more than simply an outward expression. It is part of the plan of Salvation. According to Mark 16:16, individuals must believe and be baptized. Acts 2:38 teaches us that baptism is for the remission of sins. 1 Peter 3:18-21 teaches us that baptism saves us. Not that there isn’t more to living for God, but baptism is part of the process. It should be every believer’s goal to be as Biblically accurate as possible. This is because the Bible contains the teachings of Jesus Christ. The importance of baptism they showed in the Bible is the same importance we need to show today. It is important that we ask the question, “What does hinder me to be baptized?” (Acts 8:16).
People are beginning to return to biblical teaching all around the world. With civil unrest and so much chaos, people are hungry for God. They need answers and they’re finding them in God. In the recent century, individuals are discovering a deeper commitment to God. Though the world is getting worse, believers are finding comfort in Jesus. The United Pentecostal Church is a leader in teaching biblical teaching and applying them to 21st century life. Hundreds of thousands of people are receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost and are speaking in unknown tongues by the power of God. People are being healed of sickness just as in the Bible days. God is alive and doing something special in these last days. You can find that hope too. Go to https://www.upci.org/home and find a United Pentecostal Church near you. God will not let you down.
